waiting for my oreo cheesecake to be baked. kinda regret baking so late cos i still have to wait for 2 hours for it to cool then refrigerate. this will be my 7th cheesecake attempt. first time trying out oreo flavor and don't YOU worry, if it's palatable i will deliver one to your doorstep. hehehe.. to reward you for being my blog's ardent fan and my IT guru all this time. anyways my previous attempts were new york cheese cake with sponge cake crust/brownie shortbread cookie crust/shortbread crust,2x strawberry cheese tarts (2nd attempt's deco was better but forgot to snap a pic) and most recently with my partner, the nutella cheesecake. actually there are many good recipes and flavors to try out. cheesecakes are rather easy to bake and quite fool proof la. hence i like it.. hur.. okies gtg check on it!
